Jonathan Nguyen is a supply chain and operations leader with more than 22 years of experience driving procurement, vendor management, international logistics, and operational excellence across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong track record of optimizing supply chain processes, strengthening supplier relationships, and improving organizational performance through strategic planning and effective leadership.

As Director of Operations, Jonathan oversees critical business functions that support supply chain efficiency, vendor partnerships, and organizational growth. His expertise spans procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, logistics coordination, inventory planning, financial analysis, and cross-functional team leadership. He is recognized for his analytical approach to problem-solving and his ability to align operational objectives with broader business goals.

Before his current role, Jonathan gained extensive experience in supply chain and procurement management through positions including Procurement Intern at Niagara Bottling and Co-Founder & Supply Chain Manager at Retro Cycle Labs, where he managed sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, and supply chain operations.
