Custom Bronze Fabrication & Precision Components
Pen Manufacturing delivers custom bronze fabrication and bronze metal fabrication for OEMs, mechanical engineers, and procurement teams across the United States. From our AS9100- and ISO 9001-certified facility in Anaheim, California, we machine, fabricate, finish, and assemble precision bronze components — bearings, bushings, marine hardware, and wear parts — for prototype, low-volume, and high-volume production.
There are wide arrays of alloys that can be categorized as bronze, and we work with experts to provide our customers with the perfect composition of bronze, copper, and tin. Bronze makes up a large amount of the nitty gritty components of the world and has been used for millennia. Bronze is a popular metal to work with and used in many industries because it offers high strength at a low density, non-magnetic, and can be a great conductor of electricity and heat.
When a part has to survive friction, saltwater, or decades of load cycles, bronze earns its keep — and so does the shop that knows how to work it. Get a Quote and upload your CAD files to get started.

What Is Bronze Metal Fabrication?
Bronze metal fabrication is the process of machining, cutting, forming, and joining bronze — a family of copper alloys based on tin, and extending to aluminum, phosphor, and silicon bronzes — into finished components. Manufacturers specify bronze where wear resistance, seawater corrosion resistance, and non-sparking safety matter most: bearings, bushings, marine hardware, and heavy-equipment wear parts.
At Pen Manufacturing, bronze work runs entirely in-house, from raw bar and tube to machined, finished, and assembled parts — one accountable partner for mission-critical components.
