Pen Manufacturing, through its acquisition of ASM Industries, has supplied mission-critical metalwork for transit and highway infrastructure projects across Southern California, including LA Metro rail extensions and freeway improvement programs such as the I-15 Express Lanes project, which added two tolled express lanes in each direction between Cajalco Road and State Route 60 in Riverside County.

Our contributions include structural bumper plates, miscellaneous metals, drain grates, expansion joints, cover plates, access barriers, and bollards — precision-fabricated components built for high-traffic, high-durability environments.

ASM's work has also included items such as map cases and other custom metal components supporting transit and roadway infrastructure.
